Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how Docero® handles refund requests for digital subscriptions purchased through www.docero.com.au (the “Website”). By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility for refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the service has a major failure—for example, if your subscription does not provide access as described or is otherwise unusable. For all other circumstances, refunds are assessed according to this Policy.

3. Change-of-mind refunds

Because Docero® subscriptions provide immediate access to digital educational content, we generally cannot offer refunds once access has been activated. However, at Docero®’s discretion, a refund may be granted if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds outside this window are not available except as required by law.

4. Requesting a refund

To request a refund, email support@docero.com.au with your full name, account email, date of payment, Stripe receipt number, and reason for your request. Docero® will respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime via your user account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of your paid term unless otherwise arranged.

6. Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for: change of mind after substantial content use; lack of improvement
in exam results or satisfaction with learning outcomes; technical issues caused by your device,
browser or internet connection; or unused subscription time after voluntary cancellation.

7. Service changes or downtime

Docero® may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service for maintenance or improvement. If a change materially limits your access, a pro-rata refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits your statutory rights. If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
